The room could have been vacuumed better…found crumbs throughout the room and the weren’t mine. The lotion dispenser in my bathroom was empty. Didn’t see many staff around.

Everything was horrible, awful service, dirty rooms, nothing works at the breakfast area and food was molded.

The manager was very helpful. The remodel since 2022 ,this was written in 2024, was appreciated.
The breakfast needs someone passionate about service.

The room was not very clean . Paint was peeling off the walls in need of lots of repairs . AC did not work in room . Staff was nice and tried to get a different room. That next room the AC unit was missing screws and sounded like a freight train . Staff got me a 3rd room where AC worked. The staff did their best with what they had to work with they were friendly and as accommodating as possible . I expected better from this hotel chain and the priced too high for what it was
