HOTEL FROM HELL. When we checked in the attendant was too busy watching videos on her phone she didn’t hear me say hello until I said it much louder. The lady was on the phone with someone as well at the time of check in and wouldn’t offer me any kind of undivided attention. She asked me to sign some paperwork to stay at the hotel and she kept telling me to just sign it even though I didn’t get a chance to read it so I took the paperwork from the window and read it over with my boyfriend. Before signing it I asked if there is something wrong with the room I’d like to have that information written down. We make our way to the room to notice all of the major imperfections throughout the hotel room. My boyfriend and I travel often so we always makes sure we take videos and pictures of the room before we settle in. As we walked around we noticed the counters we not wiped down the faucet nozzle was broken, scuffs everywhere. We told the attendant we’d like to move rooms she showed us a room that had mold and what looked like blood stains on the lamp shades. She then said she wouldn’t accommodate us by moving us again. Then claimed we would have to talk to someone in morning as she tried to act like she didn’t own the hotel. She claimed she couldn't accommodate or refund us anything.Ms.Patricia the supervisor of the cleaning crew was the only positive interaction we had. Save your money even if it’s the last resort just sleep in your car you’d be more satisfied.

Great location and beautiful site! Room was clean and had no carpet, which was a plus for us. Gentleman at the front desk was WONDERFUL...just what you hope to encounter at the end of a very long day on the road!
