Clean, Quiet and when I showed up for an unexpected early check in, the front desk staff accommodated me with kindness and professionalism.

Pool was out of service. I booked this hotel
Bc of the pool. They should had this information available when you book the hotel

What I didn't like was that my television remote didn't work well. I could change the volume but I couldn't change the channel. I got new batteries from the front desk, but there wasn't much improvement. I could change the channel but I had to be within 2 inches of the TV to do it.

Whenever planning a trip to Greensboro to visit our daughter in college, we are always excited about staying at this property. It's quiet, clean and always a pleasant stay.
