We enjoy the view from the suits. This hotel is very convenient to all our family down in NC. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful.
The only thing is the breakfast was disappointing this stay as the food was not refilled timely and if you weren't down early enough, most things were empty.
All in all, this is a friendly, clean and welcoming hotel.

we have stayed here multiple times, the staff has always been courteous and helpful; the facility is well maintained and clean; breakfasts are good too.

Hyatt Place never disappoints. Our family stayed at the downtown Greensboro Hyatt Place and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff was exceptional! Highly recommend this location if your stay is Greensboro!
