Room was great. Staff was great. Facility was being renovated so limited access to things like fitness area and pool. Not a major issue and obviously not long term once they finish. The location just doesn’t have much of anything around it. Two gas stations and a McDonald’s. Not the hotel’s fault obviously.

The hotel was okay but it was under construction and as a pregnant person I didn't appreciate the under construction part. Also, our toilet was all jammed and we had to plunge it to get it sorted! Not to mention the manager lady was very unfriendly and not warm at all! Also, secondary door lock was broken and it was open all the time. That's a huge safety issue right there. The breakfast was the only think which was alright so I am rating 3 star generously!

Hotel under renovation. No ice, low water pressure, no hot coffee, no hot breakfast. Staff was friendly, but the place was a mess. We should not have been charged full price for such a sub standard stay. The website should note the condition of the facility.

We do not have any records of you informing our front desk of your concerns. I do believe our staff would have addressed those concerns had they been notified. Good stay, good breakfast - clean - it was under construction but that didn’t bother us at all. Toilet clogged up so had to call for a plunger. Luckily they had one. Sink was really slow to drain, and the top fell off when tried to move it.
Minor inconvenience - good stay overall.
