Breakfast buffet was fantastic! Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, Embassy Suites was a great place to stay.

Attended a conference June 6-9 2024 at this property, I only spent one night but the room was excellent. I would like to say that this hotel went out of their way to accommodate the needs of our group and every single employee I encountered were beyond nice AND helpful. Great meals were provided for us and great service. Thank you

Not happy that they switched me to Embassy Suites. Not what I paid for. When I asked why they said their rooms were sold out. I prepaid so they should have saved my room.

As you’re walking towards the room, I noticed dust. I don’t know if it was because maybe it’s open on the top, but there was dust as I was walking to my room on the balcony edges. They ran out of food one hour before food was cut off, which was a Saturday I figured it’s because maybe it was sold out and ran out of food but definitely 20 minutes before one hour on certain things like grits. potatoes and bacon sausage waffles call 20 minutes before they did not want to replace anything. other than that the staff was excellent. I also just think that I need some updating all around the property inside.
