I reserved a room with a king bed but I got two double beds wasn’t happy bout that

The lady at the first desk had no personality. The only time she spoke was when she asked me to sign something. There was a large hole in the wall behind the door of our room. Another hole was in the ceiling where the smoke detector use to be. Carpet was pulling away from the wall. The room was damp and musty smelling. The remote to the tv didn’t work. The stopper in the sink and tub had been removed.

The room was disgusting. There were smashed bugs on the walls. The bathroom floor tiles were all broken and coming loose. The sink drains smelled horrible and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.
