I took my grandchildren for a train ride to Greensboro to go to Wet n Wild Water Park on a Tuesday. Made reservations online for 2 rooms because they had a pool, we wanted to continue the water fun after park closed at 5pm. Arrived and found out pool was closed. We were told that the pool chemicals were unbalanced due the amount of people who used the pool on the weekend. Big let down to my 4 grandchildren. At least we had the train ride and water park. I would have liked to have known pool was closed and been offered the opportunity to choose. I realize pools have to be closed unexpectedly, however, I think they could have sent an email out to the standing reservations so we could be informed, especially in the summer months. Our rooms smelled like smoke and breakfast was very small.

Staff walked in the room twice, had to switch room because of a dirty bed sheets. Key cards barely worked for doors

The property was very nice and clean. The staff friendly. The compressor in our room needed to be repaired and was very loud preventing us from sleeping. The maintenance person looked at it and had no idea what to do. The key device to our room did not work and we had to replace keys multiple times and stand at the door trying to access the room multiple times before we could get in. Other than room condition, our stay was very nice.
