We generally have had good experiences at Sunset Station, however this time was not satisfactory. I killed a roach in the bathroom, and there was a cricket lodged somewhere in the room that kept us up. An attempt to relocate us was offered, however we would have had to move ALL our belongings at 1:00 am. We slept with cotton balls in our ears.

The property cancelled our reservation when we arrived late due to flight delay. They closed front desk until 4:30qm & we had to wait for it to reopen to try to get a room. When we were only staying until 7am, it made it a terrible stay.

The property is well kept and not as crowded as the Las Vegas Strip.
Great stained glass ceiling in the casino.

Always love staying at Sunset. Lots of parking, shopping and rates are great. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
