The bath towels and water pressure were disappointing. The staff was delightful!

I chose the hotel because it was close to the Lexus dealer and I was having the car serviced. The property is older and needs some updating. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.

Always enjoy staying here. Convenient, comfortable beds, good sized rooms, quiet, restaurants right there, efficient and friendly staff.

they tried to brake in my car. and thankfully they didn't take it becuase i have a kill switch on my car. and for that same reason the staff couldnt accomodate me in the Valet.

What amenities? No in room coffee? I realize you want people to spend money at Starbucks and your restaurants, but coming down 7 floors for morning coffee is downright cruel!
