There were people outside of our room all night. The garbage had not been taken out and there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom

I really didn't like much except I was only going to have to stay for 12 hours. The staff was not helpful, the heater was noisy, the floors were dirty. I would not have used the shower. A lot of the problem stems from contractors and truck drivers using the building, so the staff will fill the motel any way they can and don't worry about how it appears.
