"The staff at the Colonial Club was very helpful. Our air conditioner was making funny sounds and my husband commented on it. It was promptly taken care of. I asked for directions to a good restaurant and was given a few options. We appreciated that the reception desk was open longer than other hotels that we stayed at."

"Ground floor room not far from reception.. As soon as I opened the door I smelt a stale mustiness about the room .. I am guessing the rooms may be getting upgraded and this one hasn’t been done yet or the leave this for the people who haven’t booked direct with the hotel.. The windows have timber shutters on them which unfortunately DO NOT block out the light from outside and the room certainly isn’t very soundproof from outside noises.. "The property had all we wanted for our 2 night visit, it was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location for walking access. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The small pool area only has room for two sun beds so you have to be quick or lucky to get one. We were lucky! Overall good value for money."
