Amazing staff, Judy , Ann, Sebastian and Jan. Jan was great at breakfast and dinner . Always smiling . Both ladies at reception were helpful especially with fixing up a pick up for a tour . Sebastian on nights was great . Made the best hot chocolate .

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. From the check in (I believe her name was Anne) where we were treated with such kindness to the check out, when we thought we had until 11 (oops) and they so very kindly gave us a courtesy call at 10:30 to see if we were ready, and everything in between. We were given such great info about the area and they even saved us a $50 Uber ride to Trinity Beach by letting us know about the city bus that runs out there. Such great hospitality from management and staff!
