Was originally told one amount and then charged a lot more. Was also charged for my service dog. The staff wasn’t very friendly or nice. Would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, I arrived later than expected so I was not able to experience this lovely hotel and it's surroundings. I returned later in the evening when everything had closed for the day. Next morning, I prepared to return home then turned in my key within a half hour of check out time.

We have stayed in this Marriott for several years as it is in close proximity to family as well as the Iroquois Steeplechase grounds at Percy Warner -;t This Marriott is not inexpensive This year was a disappointment - *Parking inconvenience and 30$ per night *Housekeeping every other day *Towels like sandpaper *No bottled water in rooms *No mini bar *No safe *No bathrobes *Requested a non-down pillow, was not provided The physical plant itself was clean and offered a courtyard with a fire pit For the cost of a 2 nite stay we will choose elsewhere next year **The facilitie
