I liked the fact the property is on the beach. The pool is beautiful and clean. I did not like the fact there is no restaurant on the property. Only a snack bar in the pool area.

The self contained accommodation at Zorbas Beach Village hotel was very nice and it included everything you might need even for a longer stay (e.g. small electric oven & stove, microwave, all utensils you might need...). We also enjoyed the two private balconies and large kitchen/lounge with tv.
We particularly liked the fact that reception left few mosquitoes repellent plugs as this was a nice touch. The complex is in a quiet narrow lane a bit isolated from the main town, but easily reachable either by car or by their free shuttle bus.
Only "negative" note is that the we discovered the very nice pool was only open in the afternoon (after 2.30pm) which was a bit of a bummer as we planned to use it in the morning, as well as the fact that the small private beach didn't have any umbrella and few chairs. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, relaxing, clean and friendly. Homes are well equipped and comfortable. Food is very good as well. Nice bar, pool area and beach. Couple more beaches nearby. Two Supermarkets down town about one mile away. You can ask for free transportation. Transfer to airport 30 euros. Nice play area for kids. Only one other restaurant nearby. Bus stop to Chania and Stavros centre about 500 metres on main road. We had lovely Holidays half term October. Very recommended. We will visit again!

Good location for exploring the area. Lovely pool, beautiful gardens excellent friendly staff who were always accommodating. Typical Greek Taverna with lovely food right next door. The perfect place to relax which is what we were looking for. We would go back.

The hotel located in front of a beach, but that is like 20 yard in diameter. The real beaches are not directly accessible from the hotel. You have to go around the town (15 min walk for a closest beach). After all, the ocean view is great and it was quiet as not really summer season yet.

Quiet and removed from the crowds
Posted 16 May 2017Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was fine with a hard bed. No coffee maker though. Nice view of gardens and out to the sea. Dinner was pretty good for the second night of operation but the view from the deck made up for it.
