NO CLEANING ETC. FOR 2 WEEKS.We were deeply disappointed that, instead of being a small-scale locally owned letting we were dealing with a large property management company, who failed to help us when we said we didn't have the advanced technology to scan their manuals. Not only could they not get a cleaner to come, but their company policy is weekly cleaning & changing, which is inadequate in 37-degree heat. When we mentioned the problem all that happened was that someone let themselves in & altered various controls including our battery alarm clocks. We had a major emergency when we arrived home to find the electricity switched off (not a general power cut). Of the 2 contact numbers one was on voice message. The 2nd was answered by someone who initially pretended not to speak English (until I spoke Greek & she couldn't get out of it), who said she was too busy. We found an electrician in the village who helped us long before the company actually deigned to arrange help. Dirty accommodation, poor management. We killed 2 cockroaches in the kitchen & ants in the bathroom.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Regarding cleaning, we informed you that we do it every week. We sent you too many messages on your mobile (because you used to send us messages too) so that we could schedule the cleaning time so as not to bother you to which you never answered. We can send you screenshots if you wish that prove our above claim. Regarding the replacement of batteries, we never received a notification from you to replace it.As for the electrician, we paid him and sent him to the property to fix the fault in a very short period of time from the time you notified us. Finally, about the insects you found in the house, you probably benefit from not closing the screens on the windows and since the house is in the countryside, there is a possibility that you will encounter something like this but I consider it unlikely since we have disinfected (where and for this I can send you an official certificate from the company)
