Top notch service from the moment you walk in. Everybody, and I mean everybody there provides the best service/friendliness/helpfulness. Whoever does the hiring there does a great job finding such incredible employees. The resort itself is amazing. Clean, beautiful, beautiful views, great pools, good food. I can’t say enough about this place. I guess the one negative (or positive for some people) is that it’s quite a drive to get anywhere. But I guess that’s just Crete being a big island with everything spread out.

Amaizing from top to bottom, great service and restaurants, great pool, alot of space in the pool, has a shuttle to the beach 2 mins drive,Great breakfast!!! We had a late flight and they have showers and fitting rooms and you can stay aslong as you want,wow,wow,wow!

This must be my best stay at a hotel ever (i’m 37 years old and travel alot). BEAUTIFUL hotel & our room was gorgeous! Nice, polite and service minded staff that always helped me and my gf if needed. Great location with a private beach, great pool area with a nice bar. Spa, gym and 3 restaurants! Our week here was worth every penny and we will love to visit again soon 😊 also thank you for your lovely farewell gift bag with Greek olive oil and candy. 12/10!

This is our second visit to The Royal Senses. Having returned after our trip last year, we loved the place just the same this time around. The service is 5* star, the staff are wonderful and the food is fantastic! This place holds a dear place in our hearts.

Nice rooms and friendly staff but the cable car to rooms, boring pools and lack of beach access really let it down.
