The hotel is really nice ! Excellent staff! Excellent breakfast and very beautiful room. I think I didn’t receive an upgrade because nobody told me so, but the room I had booked was really nice ! Very happy with our stay

Great place to relax in comfort. Staff are excellent and great beaches nearby. Couldn’t fault it and will be returning.

Friendly staff, extra mile, would personally like the bars to be busier. Happy hour should be happy hour, currently too restricted

Well laid out property, staff very good, bar, dinner breakfast all very good. A few technical issues in the room which were resolved.

Beautiful gardens and swimming pools beaches nearby. Plenty of restaurants to eat out. Easy access to airport.
Friendly staff always happy to assist.
Highly recommended.

I liked the hotel and the layout, the pool area, is very good looking, the average age of the people staying there is probably late 50's to mid 60's so you can be pretty much be assured that you won't get a football or a frisbee flying across the pool area, there is a beach near the hotel where you can watch the sunset called Makris beach.
The WiFi in the room was very temperamental, the actual rooms are very very good looking apart from the front door to each room, which is strange, if they were to be changed then that would be a great bonus.
George at the bar by the pool is brilliant along with the staff there and the staff at the bar in the front by reception, I can't fault any of the staff and there are too many to mention, but they were all great!
