Excellent hotel with great facilities. Staff outstanding. My family stayed there for 10 days and we enjoyed every minute.I would recomend Rethymno Hotel and Water Park to anyone. We will definitely visit again.

Great hotel & attentive staff, but not the beach!
Posted 12 May 2016 on HotelsHotel itself is very lovely and staff very attentive. We had superior room with big balcony and sun loungers. Cocktails in the bar like margarita and mohito we amazing and included in AI!!
However there are no 2 restaurants or a la carte as advertised, but we heard they will open Cretan restaurant by the top pool. Private beach is not what you expect at all, unfortunately it's dirty and very very small and to get in the water you need special shoes as pebbles and rocks hurt your feet otherwise. Also beach and hotel divides by a main road & noise from trucks and buses whilst you by the pool do annoy sometimes.
If you expect just to stay at the hotel then it's the right place to go, but if you like the white sand beach destination, then it's not for you!!
