Avoid this hotel if you expect basic amenities
Posted 7 Sep 2022 on HotelsOne day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong.
On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to.
The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on.
The fluffy blanket had definitely not been washed.
The free breakfast wasn't worth keeping the wristband on for so I took it off after seeing the breakfast. Uncovered meat and cheese or leftover boiled eggs, croissants and leftover cut up hotdogs with chips which were covered up.
Just not what you would want for a holiday, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I'm glad I was able to get away and just use the hotel to get changed in and sleep in or this would have been the holiday from hell.

Posted 26 Sep 2017Very simple hotel , facilities who need to paid for noisy full of drank English people who in a the middle of the night knock ed at your door . Such a shame because Laganas is a nice place with nice Greek people who the are lovely.

Rude staff, awful room, avoid!
Posted 7 Sep 2017 on HotelsThe rooms are absolutely awful. We had 7 bad nights sleep. The staff are incredibly rude at the front Desk. I didn't do all inclusive but from the people who I spoke to that did, said it was horrible. I met three people who got food poisoning from it. Spend more and stay elsewhere!!

We are not accepting above complain from customers that are very bad themselves. We can accept accusations for things the customers haven't use.(as all in).

Hotel razoável. Falta box no chuveiro e isso o deixa todo molhado. Sem acesso free ao Wi-Fi.

Posted 22 Jun 2019 on HomeAwayGérant de l'hôtel très aimable un grand plus il parle français ! J'avais des apriori sur l'hôtel en vue des différents avis que j'ai pu trouver sur internet. La chambre était nettoyer tous les jours, extérieure entretenu. Juste un petit point négatif la literie est très inconfortable mais bon vu le prix que j'ai payé pour une semaine 2 personne, je suis très satisfaite. Avant de partir je stressée sur la propreté à se niveau rien à dire ! Bon aussi l'hôtel aurait besoin quelques travaux dans les chambres. À part ça l'île est magnifique on a passé une semaine inoubliable.

Sem limites
Posted 29 Aug 2018 on HotelsO lugar e próximo de laganas o que facilita muito tudo. Mas é um local que não tem limite relacionado a horários e barulhos. Me senti um pouco amedrontada com a quantidade de bagunça / gritaria / confusão do local. Estava sozinha e muitas pessoas (homens) batendo no meu quarto insistentemente. Achei um tanto quanto desconfortante. Passei duas noites e não sei se passaria mais por esses motivos.

We respect all the customers of any age. So yes young people customers make mess but we are always behind them to organize everything.
