Very clean and cute place. Breakfast was wonderful. Bali is a nice little town but not much to do there however it isn’t that far Heriklion.

Amazing hotel! Better than the pictures, clean, cosy, everything you need! Room was incredible, perfect location on the beach. Beach bar food was fantastic!Shops next to the hotel with anything you need. Some walking needed to go to restaurants but not bad. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!

We reserved because we knew that they have late check-inn. Our plane was retarde and we arrived around 2 o’clock in the night. We knocked at the door and we call 3 times and we had no answer. So we had to find with difficulty an another place to sleep.SO IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERRIENCE AND WE WON’T PAY FOR THAT NIGHT IN THAT HOTEL.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Nostos. Our room overlooked the sea and was well furnished and immaculately clean. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. Great location with beach literally 20ft away! Thoroughly recommend.

Very relaxed atmosphere, great design, friendly staff, good value. So close to the beach, 2 lovely pools.
Spacious room with attractive furnishings.
Very clean all round.
Great bar area.

Sadly not as good as previous visit
Posted 6 Oct 2021 on HotelsWe had previously stayed at Nostos in 2019, and decided to book their Junior Suite for this trip to make it special. Unfortunately it wasn't quite as special as we had hoped. The check-in process wasn't what I would have expected for having booked their best room - we were given the keys and waved in the vague direction. We got to the room, which was spacious with a lovely big terrace and hot tub, but unfortunately there were no instructions on how to work it, offers to help with this, and it was pretty grubby. We had to clean it first before working out how to use it. The bathroom was showing signs of not having been cleaned very thoroughly - grime in the shampoo/shower gel stand, and everything looked a little worn. Unbeknownst to me, my partner intended on proposing the second day we arrived, and asked at reception if there was anything they were able to do to assist - flowers or such, and was given a firm 'no'. Again, considering the cost we spent on booking their best room, he was quite upset. We aren't usually extravagant people, so were hoping for a bit of luxury. I'm hoping all these niggles are due to Covid having been tough on the hotel, however I don't think we'll visit again, sadly.
