Lovely, quiet, family-run business with a relaxing pool area. The accommodation is well located, close to tavernas and just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff are wonderfully hospitable and were very accommodating to our needs during our stay. The cleaning lady was especially helpful - so kind and always had a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend - and return - to Nicolas Studios & Apartments.

Perfect location and supernice host couple

It has a nice well maintained garden with a pool and everything is very clean and you get very well taken care of by the very friendly and sweet host couple that helps your with all you might need . I can recomend this place if you are looking for an affordable but simple place to stay on the very best iland of crete.

Excellent Accommodation Central in Agia Marina
Posted 17 Jul 2019 on HotelsExcellent accommodation, very central in Agia Marina, close to beach, shops and tavernas. Standard is basic, but perfectly adequate. Family run, and they take great pride that their guests are satisfied. Everything immaculately maintained and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Highly recommend staying here for a reasonable standard at a good price. On premises parking is limited, with only 2 spaces and 8 apartments.

Could be better: Studio room was small and had little to no storage space. Tiny, cramped shower with either cold or scalding hot water. Sandwiched in between noisy family rooms.
