Really enjoyed our stay here, already hoping to go back next year. Very quiet, often pool to ourselves, staff brilliant, very clean rooms and hotel.

Absolutely lovely place. Excellent location. Fairly quiet little village with lots of locals going about their business. Short stroll down to the beach area with lots of choice of restaurants. All very friendly and obliging. Hotel Mirtilos is extremely clean and well run with lovely staff. Smashing pool area with choice of snacks and meals, again very clean and well tended. Would 100% stay here again.

Pool is nice and big enough. First impression very good, but AC didn’t work at first and then it was not working as expected. Water pressure was terrible in the evening.

*Good size rooms and bathroom,clean,very nice pool and pool area. *the prices at the bar were the same,or even more expensive than for example at the bar with the sea view,or any other nice bars around(usually the prices from the hotel bars are slightly cheaper) *the staff from the reception isn't very helpful/welcoming except for Stavros which we thought was a great guy *at the check in we've been told/mentioned that the bar has everything (in other words "you're not allowed to bring anything with you at the pool if it is not bought from the bar) and I've seen one of the girls from the bar telling off to a family with 2 children because the were having Haribo' and some crisps and they should eat that in their room and not by the pool. I'm pretty sure this comes from the owners as I don't think is very pleasant for the staff to be put in this kind of situations.

Dear Sir /Madam, we thank you for choosing our hotel to provide you with accommodation. We will personally address the issues that you have mentioned. Firstly, is the issue with the prices at our pool bar. It's not possible to compare our pool bar to other establishments, as the prices are not only morphed by the quality of drinks and food but also by the surrounding area which is not even comparable to other bars or restaurants in the area. Secondly, we do not believe that any of our staff, under any circumstances were rude or not helpful as we have been working with them for years and they are more than happy to fully help anybody! Truly, we have told you that it's not possible to bring your own food and drinks at the pool area or the playground or any public areas of the hotel. This, has nothing to do with the owner but with common sense. Not only we will have a huge issue with taxation if you bring your own food and drinks or items that are purchased somewhere else to this area but it is also a bad manner and we will explain to you exactly why. Imagine owning a restaurant or a bar and people just come to your establishment with their own food and drinks that they have purchased somewhere else , use your chairs, your tables and leave their garbage behind, all of these without purchasing nothing. Of course, you would be extremely frustrated and that's not without a reason. We, as the staff are not put into a difficult situation by doing what we have to do in order to preserve our job's integrity and the hotel's well being. The issues that you have pointed out are not representative of the score that you have given to our hotel, as they are almost minimal with what our hotel has to offer. Good quality hotel

Very good stay. Large studio room with bed area and kitchen dining area. Good sized bathroom all areas very clean. Centre of resort with easy access to sea front too. Breakfast on the upper floor with nice views and better than average breakfast.

Pros: fantastic pool and bar area very clean throughout
Cons: kettle in room would be good
Location: quiet location. lots of great taveras to eat. lovely beach with drinks service and free loungers
Great hotel in quiet location. Beautiful pool area and great bar service. hotel spotlessly clean.Fresh towels every day . great friendly staff. close to all the amenities. Nothing negative to say really!
