This is a beautiful property with lots of space and plenty to do, within the resort for childern and adult. Although the hotel is in middle of nowhere there are many transport/transfer from the hotel at extra fee. Plenty of food but not enough option for to meet different dietary requirements, few issues with ants bit ones reported to reception desk it was sorted. Staff are amazing and very accommodating.

First I wouldn't use Expedia again. Paid £20 extra per night compared to booking direct with the hotel. The hotel is clean and has good amenities. Food is good. Staff are friendly. There isn't much in the local area. Two small beaches in very close proximity to the hotel. It can get a busy noisy at night due to the entertainment but otherwise ok.

Avoid. Awful. Cheesy. Painfully remote location. Bad music and freakin’ loud. Wi-fi service spotty at best. No porter service and lots of steps. In fairness, food wasn’t bad, but lacking healthier options (no restaurants or nightlife nearby). Definitely NOT a four-star hotel as it claims to be (wonder who they paid to get listed as four stars). Their description says it’s “elegant” - - there’s nothing elegant about this place. Hasn't been updated in a while. Decor a lá Fred Flintstone (Yabadabadoo baby!). Ants, mold, and leaky bathroom flooded our room. Weak water pressure. Kettle in our room was dirty. They put us in a different room, but same basic problems. We had had enough and wanted to leave. They refused to cancel the remaining four nights and still charged us. We checked out anyway, however extricating ourselves from this joint was an ordeal. Taxis unavailable and Uber not allowed there. Two hours sitting out front with Hotel California lyrics in my head…You can check out anytime you want, but you can never leave... We had to call a friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend to rescue us and deliver us to back to civilization in Corfu Town.

This review was made in hopes it warns others to book somewhere else and not waste their money or the hassle we went through. When we arrived we did not have the best vibes of the place. We were told that during our entire stay we get a total of 2 a La cart nights to book. They had weird hours to book these as a customer service person had to do this. We tried to book the one called olive and were advised it was fully booked during our entire stay and we could not. The other Italian one would be on our last night. It’s a bit ridiculous that you aren’t guaranteed to be able to have these dining experiences despite it being included. Also most more desirable things were not part of “the all inclusive”. Example if you wanted anything above a coffee was “extra”/ slushies extra. Those were the minor issues with the 1 star resort. The huge concern is the room condition. We got the “nicer room” and it was sea view. From the moment we walked in we noticed it was dirty. Red smudge stain on the couch. Black mould on sink and shower. One bed didn’t have a fitted sheet but both were covered with long, black human hair (as if not cleaned from the last guest), dirty counter (could smear brown with wiping hands on it when checking), dirty floor, walls, etc. the list goes on. Dirty stained towels, pillow cases. I went to ask to switch rooms and they apologized and agreed. The next room was just as bad! We left. They were difficult with getting a refund despite promising us. It took over 1MO

Our room what left with all doors opened prior to arrival. Room was filled with mosquitoes and bugs. My son woke up with a bite and a swollen face. The room was not was was displayed on the site. Old basic rooms with moldy showers and sink. Very poor
