Staff here go above and beyond to make your trip special - Jamie was an absolute delight and we enjoyed seeing him each day - so helpful, friendly and always with a smile. Mariana on reception was also amazing - thanks for a lovely stay. The food was average but i think this is standard for all inclusive holidays. Would definitely recommend booking a suite if possible (we upgraded after the first night) and it was so much better. We had a suite with shared pool, the area was clean, pool was lovely and not too busy at all. I would say for any beach lovers the beach nearby isnt the nicest, we ended up renting a quad and going to nearby Lindos Beach and St Pauls Bay which were beautiful with clear water. Overall a great short break

The swimming pools were great, kids loved them. Beach is shingle but sandy areas within walking distance. Food was OK, but the 'Dine Around' options were difficult to secure. All in all a lovely stay!

On the good side: Very varied and delicious food throughout the day. Really great water slides, lots of pools and a stunning beach. The staff is courteous, helpful and always with a smile. The rooms are clean and also cleaned daily to a high standard. On the less good side: The furniture in the rooms is quite outdated. The rooms do not have internet reception and where there is a very poor quality. Like the internet that was in the early 2000s. The air conditioner hardly worked and it is harsh in the temperatures of summer in Rhodes. For two days there were prolonged water breaks to a level that it was impossible to shower. At the reception of the hotel they were not too excited about the faulty air conditioner or the water breaks nor were they eager to take care of the matter.

The place is very nice and pools are great. The team is very friendly WiFi is very poor, keeps disconnected and not working in the rooms. Food was amazing Over all - we had a very good time

During my stay at Lindos it was going great until the second day after my arrival which I had a seven day stay all inclusive house keeping came in and cleared out my room and thrown away all my items and clothing because they forgot to checkout the person who was staying there before me upon my arrival and & the day shift manager had given her permission to clear the room out and I had never received back my belongings and each day I inquired about my belongings the manager said he will do his best to get my things back and he would contact me and never did and they never was able to find all of my items and it was upsetting because of there lack of management and competence I took a lost because I had a early morning flight back to the usa for 10am and my shuttle came for 7:30 am so it was not the best vacation I had in mind I would not be returning to lindos during my next visit to Greece

The hotel was wonderful, especially the staff in Guest Relations Ksenia Nikitina. I booked the hotel for my wife's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to help me make my wife birthday unforgettable. The decorations in the room where amazing and she was available 24/7 to help us get the most of the hotel facilities. She even recommend romantic places that we can go to make our stay even better. The room we stay at was a suite with jetted tub and private pool. Nice room to stay if you go with your partner. The price was amazing. The restaurants had really good quality food and the buffet restaurant had a of variety of foods. I advise if you are stay there and need something go straight to the guest relations and speak with Ksenia Nikitina. I Would definitely stay there again.

Overall disappointment

The hotel promised great stays. Overall it was not bad but for 5* it was very amateur and appeared understaffed. Kids entertainment was great. The food was very sameish every night at the buffet and we only managed to book two restaurants in the week. We weren’t overly impressed with the buffet food and realised most of the chefs were the same throughout the hotel so we cancelled the wok gourmand restaurant and the Greek meze and just went out to eat. Again for 5 stars - our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, bins weren’t changed, cups were just rinsed in the sink and supplies for tea & coffee were not always topped up. Check in - we got given our room key, a piece of paper with a map and another with food times. We had to literally work out how everything worked and the queue for reception was always long so it wasn’t ever worth visiting them to ask for help. I wouldn’t stay here again, the area isn’t built up so we got taxis to pefkos and lardos where there was more culture and life.
