Very quiet & tranquil during our stay which was lovely. Hotel clean, food in main restaurant good with plenty variety. Tried Thalleta and La Cucina whist we were there which were both excellent. The only criticism is that it should be clearer that if you are on a half board package that the only restaurant included in this is the buffet restaurant and not any of the a la carte choices. Also as the hotel is closing for the winter it started to run out of wine and menu items. The hotel also advertises free water which would lead you to think this would be for the duration of your stay but it’s only the first night. Overall very happy with our stay but think certain things should be communicated more clearly to avoid confusion.

Posted 2 Oct 2023 on HotelsOverall the stay was good. The rooms are rather small but clean and comfortable. The one issue in the room is that a large pillar restricts access to the door to the balcony and makes it difficult to operate. Looks like a design fault in the room design.
Food in the buffet was excellent but in one of the other restaurants, service and food quality were not good.
If it rains, the water flows down the staircases like a waterfall and runs into the lifts rendering them unusable.

Amazing property, clean and in good condition, the best thing about the hotel is the team. Every team member we dealt with were friendly, welcoming, fun and engaging. They really went out of their way to look after us.
