Parking: there are a couple of parking spots right at the front of the property.
Location: quite convenient as it is a 8 min walk to the port. Mcd's and fried chicken nearby.
Condition/Cleanliness: excellent, very clean and new
Hospitality: excellent, there was a welcome drink, free local snack in the fridge, water bottles. The staff was super nice and friendly, very helpful.

Service was excellent. Thank you Mary! The guest relations manager was responsive, attentive and helpful. Located conveniently 5 minutes from port by car.

Communication was early and thorough so we knew exactly how our check in process would go. The space was immaculate and extremely convenient to the ferry terminal and a short walk to old town.

Lovely large room with very friendly and helpful concierge. Less than a 10-min walk to Lion’s Square.

Next to bus service to Knossos, very short walk to the archeological museum, a block away to major bus service for the rest of the island and my trip back to Chania.

Great hotel close to the Port
Posted 14 Oct 2023 on HotelsOur check-in was very quick with the polite and efficient front desk agent. She promptly answered all questions that we had. The property is new and in very good condition with the location 2 blocks to the ferry port and approx. 6 blocks to the Center of town. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect for being close enough to walk yet there were a number of reserved parking spots for us out front. The woman who worked during the day was THE nicest person. Loved everything about our stay and there was even a bakery just a few steps from the hotel for pastries and coffee. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
