Easy walk to many shops and restaurants and port. Very good breakfast. Nice view from room balcony

Absolutely the nicest people. It was like being in your own home. Great little foyer to have a coffee. And chat to staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Everywhere we ate was delicious. Hop on hop off bus walking distance. The perfect place to stay.

Staff were delightful and helpful. They arranged a car rental for us, held our luggage and made us comfortable after checkout, and offered friendly advice. Property is a little dated but was walkable from the pier and the view from our balcony was unbeatable.

Posted 27 Sep 2023 on HotelsStaff was brilliant and location almost perfect. It was a bit noisy from traffic. Otherwise, the location was next to everything - buses, shops, restaurants, and port. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were varied with plenty of coffee!

Katarina at the front desk was very welcoming. We were very to find a parking spot just outside the hotel which is very close to so many of the must do things in Heraklion. This hotel is an honest tourist hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable, quiet at night with efficient air con. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Coffee was good! This is not pretending to be anything else but an honest 1-2 night hotel for the traveler not a resort hotel but that wasn’t what we needed. Thank you for a great stay.
