Couple vacation
Posted 2 Aug 2017This location was wonderful. They advertise they have free parking which they do not. You have to park in a lot on the street that gets very busy with the beaxh traffic. Also the wifi signal is very weak. They do not provide beach towels either to borrow and are ten feet from the beaxh. If you're looking for location I recommend it but it's a no frills no hotel no parking no free breakfast weak wifi and no amenities.

Thank you very much for the option to stay with us and for your time to address your comments.
In did, there are 3 parking, free of charge. Regret but there is not reservation policy for parking, first come first serve. Your comments for the wifi noted and have investigate our system. The wifi is fully operational, the provider is Cosmote, we pay for the most advance internet (24 mbbs). Unfortunately around the island we get only 5 mbbs, Chios town could be little better.
In did, we don’t provide beach towel to our guests. There is a mini market in Agia Fotini, to buy your own beach towels. Also we didn’t promise such a service to our guests therefore believe that your comments are unreasonable.
Concerning the breakfast, here by we confirm that we offer breakfast to our guest and one of the best breakfasts on the island. The breakfast start at 08.15 till 10.00, is an open buffet breakfast with homemade food. You have been informed on check in but also was written on key card holder. Apparently you have paid for breakfast but never show up. We don’t understand your comments to complain for service and facility you have paid and refuse to get and afterwards complain for it. I am wondering didn’t see people eating every day at veranda? We are serving daily over than 50 people. Did you stay with us? Unless if you wake up at 13.00 hours.
Complete details and facilities stated in expedia and our site. You should have been able to read carefully prior completing the reservation. Nevertheless yours comments should be related to facilities we promised and didn’t found in place, in any case not that you have been offered in five start hotels.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Pros: View, rooms, staff, breakfast
Location: Hotel is practically in front of the sea. There is a mini market and a few restaurants nearby. Means of transport like car or bike would be preferred.
We traveled with our one year old baby. The room was really comfortable and together with the other utilities in the room, the baby cot and the mattress provided by the hotel met our expectations. The hotel staff is very helpful and they provide practical solution to daily problems. The cornbread served in the breakfast was really delicious. Agia Foteini beach is made of pebbles which is more cleaner that ordinary sand beaches. For infants under 2 or 3, we found it much suitable than the beaches in Karfas.
