The property staff was welcoming and so kind, and professional. The hotel was immaculate and the breakfast in the morning hit the spot. We could not have asked for more, as every query we had was answered, and taken care of. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Beautiful people!!

Very nice property. Responsive and helpful staff. Roads leading to the hotel are very narrow, and not easy to maneuver around even in a small car.

We stayed 12 nights in Hotel Nikolas and we found it to be fantastic. It was very clean and the staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming, they were happy to assist with everything - transfers, restaurant recommendations, posting postcards, etc. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to Fira, the main town, but there are a few restaurants and shops nearby in Karterados if you didn’t want to walk there so location was also very good. Buses also run to almost any part of the island from just up the road from the hotel. Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Very clean and spacious rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff, and great location in quieter area with walkable distances to restaurants and shops! Would definitely stay here again :)

Great place
Posted 26 Apr 2023 on HotelsWe highly recommend this stay. The receptionist was fantastic, she went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious and we were able to pick out everything the night before. She also assisted us in booking transport to the ferry on our departure and made us pre packed breakfast since it was 6am.

If it had 10 🌟 I would give it. Everyone were exceptional. From the receptionist to the drivers went gar and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Would definite recommend.
