We loved our stay at the hotel, the room was so nice and very big. The AC was great and the room was very clean. The staff was so nice. The breakfast was amazing. We would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

This was a very convenient hotel for our one night stay in Iraklio before a ferry trip the next day. The beds were decent and everything was very clean. The room was a bit small/tight for maneuvering around so perhaps not recommended for larger folks or folks with lots of luggage.

Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in.

I’ve always liked this hotel. Comfortable rooms, quick checkin, excellent staff, excellent facilities, and excellent restaurants. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Very nice hotel with great rooms and lovely amenities. We really enjoyed our three night stay at the Galaxy. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast the best we’ve had on our travels with so much fresh produce and warm food options. Good location with a short walk (15 min) to the old town, also the ‘hop on hop off’ bus stops straight outside the hotel.
