Zante Stay
Posted 5 Oct 2021 on HotelsHotel condition is quite out of date, needs proper refurbishment all together, starting from the main building to the bungalows. Bathrooms and rooms are very small and we were downgraded and offered only on the third day (out of four) to move tot he room type we booked. We refused, but upon return and contacting Hotels.com any partial refund was denied. I felt very disappointed all together.
