We had prepaid to stay here.. got there no one was there . sent then a text and said they they did not have reservation for us and were not helpful.Thankfully hotels.com took care of us and refunded us and told us if we had this happen again to call.

Keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit, mit einem schweren Koffer wirklich ein Problem. Ich habe Probleme gehabt beim Finden der Unterkunft. Habe angerufen und per Telefon wurde mir erklärt wo die Unterkunft ist, Problem, kein Licht, es war ein langwieriges Unterfangen im Dunklen...

Dear Birgit !Normally all our guests don't have the problems that you describe. They use Google maps and find the hotel very easily since it is 10 meters away from the main road and you only have to turn left. Obviously they know how to use the Google maps. I have explained to you how to find our hotel over the phone at least 4 times.You passed by and couldn't see it. What can l say about this? No comment... Outside the hotel there are big lamps that are on from 20.00 until 02.00 daily.You arrived at 21.00. Inside the hotel there are lamps everywhere also. Inside the rooms there leaflets with info and maps for the parking. The parking is actually 2 minutes away on foot by our hotel. I fail to understand your problems, but l think that is because they are actually yours. Thank you very much for your kindness.

Bel soggiorno in una casa carina e molto accogliente. Bellissima cucina in comune e in bel borgo dove c'era di tutto
