Staff was rude, not helpful. Room door was open when we checked in. Loud with music playing until early morning hours.

My bedding felt damp. Receptionist couldn’t understand us… Safe was locked, aircon didn’t work, Asked for 2 taxis but booked us 1.

Excellent stay if you are under 21 and are looking to get plastered with a bunch of other drunks as well. - and then enjoying everything that goes with that - getting woke up in middle of night by screaming guests, etc. Very clean and front desk ladies were nice and trying to do their best.

옷을 룸에 놔두고 체크아웃하고 한참후에 옷이 없어졌단걸 알고 다시 찾아갔을때 친절하게 세탁까지 해주셨네요 시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

For the minute that we arrive to check in we had problems with our stay. We arrive for a late check in at around 7pm but still had to wait for around 15mins to actually get to our rooms. As it appear our room wasn’t ready although check in time was at 1pm. There was also a 50Euros deposit that you have to pay on arrival. This was unexpected and not mention on our booking confirmation. We were very disappointed as this eat out from our holiday budget as we would only received it back on our last day. Meaning that we had to use our bank cards and pay for an exchange fee. It was also very hard to understand what was going on at the time of check in as the music from their bar was way too loud. At the time we were thinking this would only be until the pool closed which was at 8pm however the music was still going on and unbearable especially after a full day of travelling. We finally had enough at call reception at around 10pm to complain about the noise levels. This is something that happen pretty much every evening which was extremely disappointing for us as we wanted a much quieter atmosphere in our room. The bathroom in our room was horrible. From the very poorly cleaned shower to the toilet roll holder that was broken which mean that the toilet roll was left on top of the actual loo. For a big hotel like this you would think that they would be able to fix something very small such as this. Also, the hotel doesn’t provide guests with pool towels for your stay.

Dear sir/Madam, We feel sorry that you did not enjoy your Holidays. As you can understand, in the middle of July and especially in the Laganas area, we have lots of young girls and boys. Everyone wants to have a great time so it might be a little bit louder resort than you think of. Reception works 24 hours so you could easily inform them about any issues that might worry you. We could offer you a quiet room if you have asked for it. Maids are cleaning daily for more than 10 hours. You could easily again advise them about your bathroom or if something was missing too. A last. deposit is a secure way to protect our hotel, but as you have mentioned, we return it to you as long as everything was well in your room. It was a nice located clean place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Angela, Jenny, the lady at the bar, the electrician were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely come back :-) Keep up the good work!
