Helped with luggage fast. No parking / chaotic to drop off luggage. Hotel was in a good spot - good recommendations for restaurants in the area.
The pool area was a bit “run down” and the room was very small - we had a 3rd person in the room and the cot was very small with a very uncomfortable bed. Overall good area for one to reach the seaport

The staff provided a warm greeting, a fond farewell, and everything in between. The room was lovely and clean. The location was right near the archeological museum, restaurants and shopping.

Very convenient hotel, walkable to Heraklion’s sights, <5 minute walk to bus to airport and there is small hotel parking lot nearby. If full, pay €7 to park at nearby lot. Very nice breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. Room was large with bathrobes and slippers included. Free bottled water daily. Distant view of harbor from balconies. Only complaint is €10 food credit per day for VIP Expedia is only if you spend more than €10– not explained properly at check in.
