Amazing view of caldera. Had private pool with lounge chairs. Breakfast delivered every morning.

I did not like that they did not have a pool. What they had was a very small pool the size of a small jacuzzi

They exceeded our expectation. From the front desk workers that the cleaning ladies they were all so nice and kind. They respond to inquiries and questions so well and fast. Everything in the room was clean and neatly put out and the view was unreal. highly recommend!

We initially had a heated pool room with a sea view which was decent, but the pool was not heating. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite and we had a jetted heated pool. The room was kept tidy, the services for breakfast was always on time at the specified breakfast time and good communication maintained to help accomodate our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was ideal. The hotel covers a large range of area and WiFi spanned a good distance coverage. We were also allowed to change our breakfast preference. Overall staff was helpful and welcoming.

It wasn’t that good for a 4 star hotel , cleanliness is a big issue there
We paid so much money thinking it’ll be amazing but disappointed .. prices for this property is not worth

Although we feel that this is a bit unfair review and does not reflect the efforts of our team to provide you a pleasant stay. As the suite booked is located on a premium position of Caldera's Cliffside, its outdoor terrace is reasonable to be exposed to the weather conditions. We are really sorry that the weather during your stay was not ideal as the wind and rain didn't allow you to enjoy the most of the comfort that our Executive Suite can provide. However, our housekeeping team was on duty at any time after each of the rainfalls stopped. We are also really glad for your kind and thankful words upon check-out for all the efforts of our team and really wondering how this review can match your feedback during your time with us. In any case we will be more than happy to welcome you at our property in the future.
