Bathroom not clean. No shower curtain, water falls everywhere. It is a motel not a hotel. Who gave them 3 stars?. Very poorly managed motel.

We were limited in our options for the island and this seemed like the better of the two choices available. The room was outdated and the A/C barely worked for such a small room. We had a room at a high floor which was fine because there was an adjacent parking lot for convenience. However, it was really dirty back there and there was a neighboring property that had a large dog that constantly barked through the night. I get that the hotel doesn’t have control over the dog but the cleanliness of the property could be addresses.

A good location but a worn property. Staff are helpful but their efforts can only do so much. The property def needs an uplift. It is hard to get to the rooms. Internet is not reliable in the rooms.

Absolutely loved it here. Wonderful staff. My room had a nice view of the cove. Walkable to everything. There’s a market close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Great pool will water filtered from the beach ! This place is really wonderful, its set back from the main street in Skala but within a walking distance to all the cafes and shops. Staff were very accomodating and always willing to assist - the hotel has small units so they're much more spacious than your usual hotel room, beds are really comfortable and we had a great will balcony with a view. The property set back on a uphill area so if you're travelling with someone who is older you will need to ask for a room closer to the main house. I loved this place and would certainly stay there again!

Anamar hotels took over Romeos hotel so some things are a bit rocky. No Wifi in the rooms! (they promise to have next year). The pool area is lovely, super clean salt water. Pool bar has drinks, coffee and toasted cheese sandwiches. Be nice if they expand their menu a bit. Grounds very nice, all rooms like little houses with balconies. Staff very nice and eager to please. Go now while rates are low! Once they really get up and running the rates will go higher.

Poor quality and for the money we paid some friends of ours got a luxury apartment right in the center of Scala, but Expedia doesn't have that apartment building so we booked what we found. Do not expect anything but a bare bed and clean old towels.

DO NOT COME HERE! This hotel is like faulty towers meets Ramsey hotel nightmares! I can not believe that Expedia would even post this place on their site. We arrived late at night the staff had no idea, the lady who I think was a manager all she did was shout at everyone and if you ask the staff anything they never know anything. Where do you get the bus, they didn’t know... how do we get to the sites I dunno. I found out from the locals that these guys just took over the hotel and had no idea. Then we finally got taken to our rooms, firstly there is no elevator... then at the door all these live wires coming out near the door. Walk into the room and there is a stench of paint, varnish and a weird musky smell. The toilet I couldn’t even use. There was a remote for a tv but no TV. The pool had no water and was half painted. Breakfast looked it had been there for weeks. We had to check out immediately the following day. Luckily we found a place in a nice location for half the price! Now we are battling to get a refund! So if you want to get sick and ruin your holiday then stay here!!!!!!!

Yes, our Hotel has not elevator and we never mention nowhere something like that. You are accussing as for everything BUT you never complained for anything to us direct just to try to solve "any problem". We are saddened to hear your comments about our hospitality and service.
