The staff was helpfull and friendly.
The hotel is old. Rooms are very small, not very clean and can be very noisy.
We had all Inclusive. We would appreciate some change. Breakfasts same every day, no fruits what so ever. Snacks unhealthy. Kid's corner without any toys or anything to play with.

The hotel overall is comfortable, but quite decadent. The only area that has seen some maintenance is the swimming pool, although the pool chairs could be replaced. The hotel is not accessible. The elevator is tiny (one was broken), it barely fit a small baby stroller. The room was ok. The food was good, but there was just the same salads everyday. What made it all worthy was the staff. Very friendly and going that extra mile to make you feel special as a guest.

We were shocked at first sight..It was so old and dirty, the beds were terrible and the elevators didn’t work. It has nothing from a 4 star hotel!

What you pay is what you get! Facilities and place are very good but they have to fire the chef imediately! He ruins every material even rice !! He could cook simple but tasty even whith low butget materials ...
