Very old hotel, desperately need to be renewed.
Friendly staff.
In 7 days, room was cleaned only once.
Air conditioning is 5 euros per day.

Room cleaning: We explained upon you rarrival that due to the covid-19 situation, cleaning will be only once, during your stay, and you agreed.
Airconditioning: It is clearly mentioned in the description that the use of the airconditioning is with an extra charge.
Both above complaints are not accepted.

It was basic Greek accommodation but very clean pool area and pool bar were great the staff were exceptional friendly and helpful facilities were good the grounds were lovely we would definitely stay and recommend the Achousa Hotel for anyone thank you for a great week

Posted 17 Sep 2018Staff are friendly but the hotel is dated. Showers rarely more than luke warm. Rooms aren't very clean. I personally wouldn't go back to this hotel if i revisited Faliraki. Better options for a similar price elsewhere.

Great Staff- Hotel not that Great.

Pros: The Staff is very nice and polite and are always available to help- as mentioned above it's a shame that the rest let you down.
Cons: To be honest, the hotel could have so much potential - but needs a full refurbishment- It's dated.
Location: The location of the hotel is great - it's surrounded by pine trees and you feel far from the close town of Faliraki.
The Staff of the Hotel is lovely, very nice and polite, but the hotel itself needs a complete refurbishment.

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal, stets um eine Lösung bemüht. Absolute 10/10. Essen preislich und geschmacklich auch super. Unterkunft ist rustikal aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
