I Really recommend this poroperty, very nice, very clean, and close to shopping.
The cons. Very annoying ,a surveillance camera pointing to the hot tub, honey mooners/no recommend.
There is pretty much no water on the showers.

Villa 1809 worked per fee curly for our family of five. The space was better than the photos, convenient, comfortable and had everything we needed. Private deck was large and had excellent views of Fira, the sea and the island. Restaurants and shops were steps away. Our kids’ favorite was having a hot tub all to ourselves! Staff was also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying at Villa 1809 for anyone visiting Fira!

Posted 2 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe had an Amazing stay at the 1809 Villa! Comfortable beds, beautiful scenery and a yummy breakfast! My family of 5 had so much fun in the hot tub while watching the beautiful sunset! We fell in love with Santorini!
Hotel Thireas had great customer service helped arrange airport and recommended great restaurants! We loved staying at the 1809 Villa!

We booked our stays through expedia, and 2 days before we arrive, the hotel sent greeting emails and asked if any transfer needed. We booked the airport transfer service through the hotel, and service was great. John the staff was waiting for our van and helped us unload and carry the bags to the villa. The villa was perfect for our family, the outdoor hottub was a huge plus.

Perfect place for a family
Posted 23 May 2019 on HotelsAbsolutely amazing. Walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. It’s really what the pics show. Breathtaking view. Huge place with 3 beds. 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Staff was amazing. There for every need. Held our luggage before and after checkout. Breakfast was delivered and included right when we ordered it. Hot and tasty.

Posted 8 Apr 2018Nick was awesome he was the best part of our stay helpful and friendly and kind! We were a little upset about the height of the rooms upset. I feel that should be better advertised. If you're under 5'7 then the rooms are ok, if you're like us and tall it will be hard. The view and patio make up for it beautiful sunsets and hot tub! Breakfast is good they send alot of food which will save you money.
Again Nick will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! I'd recommend this 200%
