Everything and everyone was great except for the swimming pool. It was not clean.. it's an indoor pool and the room was extremely hot.

Room #215. Molds, smell, leaky sealing, and drapes were stained. I could not believe Holiday Inn could go that low.

Staff courteous and efficient but room window did not have blackouts and air conditioning and bathroom exhaust fan were terrible noisy (as if broken).
Have not had such a similar experience in an IHG property.

Toilet wasn’t clean, had urine and sticky stuff all over the seat, closet door wasn’t closing broke
