"Amazing staff"

"Overall very average experience. The best part was the ambassador Francia. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would’ve had a good time. She was wonderful. The food was average to sub par besides a few dedicated restaurants. The variety was also only at the restaurants and reservations was a headache to do so. Staff was pretty friendly overall but occasional issues. The place was clean minus some hard to spot areas. Definitely should’ve had more things included with the package. Also the pool closing before 7 was a bummer."

"The room I was in was dated in decor and the bathroom was old tile and seemed like it need a good update. The grounds were beautiful with flowers, bushes and greenery of all kind! The buildings themselves on the exterior could have been better maintained. For example, a lot of rust in areas, exposed old wood, and chipping paint. "

"It was a nice stay overall. The staff was very on top of things. However the room service only came 1x during our stay and it was on the day before we left to go home. Mahi Mahi the only restaurant on the premises was good but very slow. The drinks were better than the food. The area of Dorado was a very nice area in Puerto Rico… nearby restaurants and sites were nice. "

"Loved that it was hot water... they don't have a shuttle but they were able to get me a taxi for pickup and drop off for the airport. Only complaint was with unlimited drinks they need better maps I got lost twice for my room lol!"
