"The hotel itself was excellent. So beautiful ! One of the best hotels I have been to in a long time and definitely a family vacation must go to ! I would definitely return again and multiple times. The kids loved it just as much and there was so much for them to do everyday. The customer service at the restaurant and bars was 10/10 however the customer service from public relations and the front desk was sometimes not the best and the day of check out i did have a big issue. I requested for my laundry to be picked up Wednesday on the app and no one came. ( this was my cloths to go home that had got dirty in the plane ) Thursday I called to inquire why it was not picked up and someone at the desk promised to pick it up Thursday morning and have it to me by Friday morning 10 am . I was leaving Friday at 11. I stressed that I really needed it by 10 am and they said ok. Friday came and at 10 am I called for the cloths. Everyone kept saying they were on the way with the laundry to my room. My laundry did not arrive until 12 pm. I was suppose to be on my way to the airport at 11 my flight was at 1:30 I did not leave the hotel until about 12:15 , my ride that was scheduled to pick me up at 11 also left me making me have to pay an additional price for a taxi and almost causing me to miss my flight. I do feel like the staff was very unbothered and did not care. That part was 0/10. Lastly the food at the buffet was COLD everyday morning and night! The restaurant were very good however."

"We had a wonderful stay at Princess Grand Jamaica. The property is beautiful, modern and well maintained, with an impressive range of amenities that made it easy to enjoy the resort without needing to leave. We especially appreciated the pools, beach access, variety of restaurants and bars, entertainment options, spacious rooms, and the additional perks and personalized service that came with the Platinum experience. There was always something to do, while still having plenty of space to simply relax and enjoy the property. What really elevated our stay, however, was the staff. Garth, the Platinum Manager, was exceptional: attentive, professional and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great experience. Tajay, Melissa and Shanna-Lee at Reception were warm, accommodating and consistently helpful, while Christopher and Ewan, the bellmen, made our arrivals, departures and movements around the resort effortless. The combination of the resort’s amenities and the hospitality of these team members made our stay especially memorable. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. Princess Grand delivered a beautiful resort experience, but the people truly made it special. We would absolutely return."
