Staff were very helpful.I asked to use a freezer as I had a cool bag and used the one in the main kitchen.Nice chill out area to smoke.Overall for its age,the hotel was in excellent condition and the price was fantastic.

Most uncomfortable bed ever slept in .new bed and mattress needed. Room was smelly curtains hanging off . Smoke detector had a bag over it . Bathroom way too small

The rooms were spotless clean loads of condiments the staff were friendly and efficient shame about the lack of staff at night as we were kept awake by drunks walking up and down the hallways shouting and screaming abuse until we’ll past 2.30 in the morning so it put a damper on what could have been a experience

This hotel was not what i expected at all
It was dirty blood on bathroom surface dirty under the bed fridge not working properly froze my milk tiles in bathroom filthy and tiles in lift were falling off
Window banged constantly through the night as it had no shutting mechanism held by a door chain
I would not recommend this to anyone it was disgusting

Housekeeping was good, changed and restocked water bottle, towels and hot drink stuff. However shower wasn't working, there were cobwebs and the vent in the bathroom was filled with dust.
