Do Not Use OYO

Arrived to Swanvale house to discover it was now a homeless shelter. We had to then walk half a mile to another of OYO's guest houses where the manager informed us we were stayingbin yet another of the groups guest houses. After another 10 min hike the Twin room i had booked turned out to be a double. After showing the manager my hotels booking confirming a twin room he said this was all he had! We had to pay an extra £50 for a single room in another guest house. My friend remained in the double and whilst trying to plug his phone in to charge discovered a cockroach in cobweb....As pictured.

This hotel was closed when we arrived and you couldn’t re locate me

Dump

When we got there it was closed just as well because it looked like a right dump
