The staff is extremely friendly. The kid friendliness of the whole place was outstanding and we have a great time, every time!

Whenever we had a question regarding the hotel or the city the staff was eager to help. We found the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the meals in the restaurant. The waitress remembered us from the morning before. I really enjoyed the free lemonade. It wasn’t overly sweet. A nice treat. There were fresh flowers around. Pleasant stay.

The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Had a good breakfast in the restaurant.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 6 to 7 times in past 5 yrs. Staff has always been courteous and very helpful. I personally like the restaurant and the bar , quite relaxing and great to wind-down after work. I see the restaurant is being upgraded and is getting inaugurated Jul 2024. Looking forward to dinning there in my next stay.

Has gone down hill since the last time we stayed here. Wasn’t a welcoming entrance to the hotel. Room was not real clean…bathroom was terrible…had something running down the wall in the bathroom. The toilet had a big crack in it. Bathroom especially needed repairs. Restaurant was short staffed. Took over an hour to have breakfast. Saw many people leave the restaurant because no one to seat them or serve them. Will not stay here ever again.
