Walking distance into the city for countless dining options. Parking in a multi story next to the hotel. Just be aware of this if you have a tall vehicle as we had a jeep with a roof rack and just scraped under. As expected for an ibis. Clean, friendly staff and good location to explore

Relatively clean, but very spartan in furnishings. Rooms very small and reminded me of bare bones youth hostels. Staff is rarely present on site. Spend a little more and receive a lot more!

Dear Robert,Thank you very much for your rating and review. We're sorry our rooms could not live up to your expecations. At only 11m² they are quite small. Our staff is on site from 06:30am to 10:00 pm; as reception is staffed by only one person and they also have various other duties as well, it may sometimes happen that they have to step away from the reception counter. In the mornings, you can find our receptionist in the breakfast room where she is in charge of the buffet and kitchen.Best regards,Hannah

Great position to visit the old town. An easy walk or bus for the Hauptbahnhof. Lovely breakfast.

Ah, let me share my *unforgettable* hotel escapade! A bathroom-bedroom combo that'll make you question reality! Transparent bath doors, because privacy is so overrated! No A/C in July, just a brilliant strategy for the perfect summer sweat fest! And oh, a non-working fan to seal the deal! Need your clothes ironed? They've got a fun scavenger hunt – another hotel across town! Housekeeping? Well, they've mastered the art of disappearing messes. Safety? Who needs it? Just open the window and embrace gravity on the roof outside! And the cherry on top – limited reception hours and a breakfast joint that redefines uncleanliness! How does this hotel have 2 stars? Your guess is as good as mine! It's a one-of-a-kind experience, but I'd suggest you run far, far away – for the sake of your sanity and hygiene!

Dear Nadeem,Thank you very much for taking the time to rate your stay and leave us a review.We are very sorry the room could not meet with your expectations and would love to know where it was that you booked them, as there seems to be a lack of photos provided to avoid such surprises as you have had them about our room facilities.Our A/C is currently undergoing repairs. We regret that you caught us in the middle of a heatwave and apologise for the resulting inconvenience.As a two star hotel, there are certain services we cannot provide, ironing among them. Our neighbouring hotel on the same block however usually accommodates our guests. We apolgise if directions were unclear and you were sent across town as it is less then 200 metres away.We are glad to see that despite the shortcomings of our hotel you retained your good humour and had a pleasant time in Graz and on the rest of your trip!Best regards,Hannah

The hotel needs an upgrade, the carpets have weird stains, the toilet seat was full of pee, and don’t get me started about the mattress…….. never staying here again.
