This is my 2nd time of staying at this hotel, everything is fantastic the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great location.
The rooms are of a high finish and the whole hotel is impeccably clean. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.
Visiting Gandia. Hopefully I will back in the near future

Clean, quiet, good food, nice service, and good view from the balcony.
Close to the beach and the stores.

No customer care
Posted 16 Mar 2024 on HotelsNew modern hotel very impersonal with no customer care at all. Staff at the front desk, bar or even spa seemed bothered by guests presence.
The room had an individual temperature thermostat that did not work because the whole hotel was set to heat. It was 85 degrees each day outside and an oven inside, it took the mgr 2 days of complaining to finally address it, they did not care at all!
