I stayed in room 263. Room was dirty. Bathroom was terrible. Door frame rusted out would not close properly. No hot water. Curtains were torn and would not close. Room had a dusky damp Oder. There was literally nothing good about the room. Public areas were fine.

There's a lot of remodeling going on but otherwise it's not my bad property

Pool appeared not to have been chlorinated recently, had no towels or lighting.

Thank you for your feedback. The pool area along with fitness center are being renovated by the hotel and is looking to be completed by Memorial Day weekend. We hope you can come see us again after the renovation.

We had to book a different hotel, because the place was closed because of a water leak, Expedia has contacted a hotel, and we have going to get a complete refund, thank you Expedia for taking care of this so promptly

The room was okay, restaurants were good and it was nice that they were in the hotel. However in the evening there was no hot water. When we tried to call the front desk we realized the phone cord on the phone in the room was cut. I then called using my cell phone and was only able to get through to reservations. After 20 minutes of trying to get the front desk I gave up.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 3 years for the World Horse Expo. This year was by far the worst. The hotel just seems run down, at least the rooms. The room had some white powdery substance all over by the air conditioner. There was no fridge in the room for drinks or leftovers. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. Another guest had a dog that yapped and barked all night. Our group was treated poorly in the Winner’s circle by the line dancers. We were physically pushed while on the dance floor. We did not sleep at all. Our group of 20 rooms will be finding a different place to stay next year.
