Toilet is not working properly (doesn’t flush) and it clearly was in this state on my arrival. It’s unacceptable and I should have called the front desk and changed rooms, but that was an unappealing prospect given the neighborhood and the folks lounging around outside their rooms, and I’m only staying the one night. Room otherwise is fine for what it is.

There were many homeless people around the hotel. At night it got worse, they were everywhere, hanging out by the pool and sitting on the steps. They were loud and some were delerious. It made it feel unsafe. It seems that the hotel management should have called the police to clear them out but they didnt. Also for all of our stay the tv's there only gave us 6 channels. I reported this on the first day. They told us they would look at it but they never did.

I notified motel 6 that I could not be there and to cancel my reservation ! They not only billed me they pulled the payment out of my account! That was costly! I am very upset. I plan to notify the card company now that I have returned. This was a terrible experience. No more Motel 6 for me. Sheree Van Ausdal

I stayed two nights and the room was extremely hot. There wasn't a heat pump and the system would not put out cold air. Dumb! My room was next to a busy road and loud so I didn't sleep well.

The manager grund the place I get, it's your own personal little Work camp
